Refreshing Strawberry Fig and Ginger Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 7 strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1cm chunk of fresh ginger
- 1 fig
- 1 tsp of almond butter
- 2 heaped dessert spoons of almond yoghurt
- Splash of nut milk
Toppings
- chia berry jam
- figs
- strawberries
- cacao nibs
- almond butter
Preparation
Blend together all the ingredients.
Spoon the mixture into a bowl.
Top with chia berry jam, figs, strawberries, cacao nibs, and almond butter.
