Refreshing Strawberry Fig and Ginger Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 7 strawberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1cm chunk of fresh ginger
  • 1 fig
  • 1 tsp of almond butter
  • 2 heaped dessert spoons of almond yoghurt
  • Splash of nut milk

Toppings

  • chia berry jam
  • figs
  • strawberries
  • cacao nibs
  • almond butter

Preparation

  1. Blend together all the ingredients.

  2. Spoon the mixture into a bowl.

  3. Top with chia berry jam, figs, strawberries, cacao nibs, and almond butter.
