Tahini Lime Sauce with Olive Oil and Spices
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil from spain
- 1 small garlic clove, peeled
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin (optional)
- Himalayan pink salt and pepper, to taste
- Filtered water, to thin
Preparation
Place tahini, extra virgin olive oil from Spain, garlic, lime juice and desired spices in food processor and process until smooth, scraping sides as needed.
Thin with filtered water until desired consistency.
Taste and adjust flavor as needed.
Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight glass container and refrigerate.
