  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
  • for the homemade mayonnaise:
  • 200 g soft silken tofu
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp english mustard
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of pepper
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
