Vegan High Protein Flatbread

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups extra firm tofu
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Garnish

  • vegan butter melted
  • fresh cilantro chopped
  • garlic minced

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, add the tofu and plant-based milk and blend into a smooth paste.

  2. Add the flour to the food processor along with the oil, and combine until a dough is formed.

  3. Separate into four to six equal balls and roll into wrap-sized flat breads using a pizza roller or a bottle of wine.

  4. In a skillet over medium heat, add a little bit of oil and cook the flat breads one at a time for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden.

Tips

  1. Enjoy immediately, or store in a sealed container in your pantry for a few days.
