Vegan High Protein Flatbread
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups extra firm tofu
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Garnish
- vegan butter melted
- fresh cilantro chopped
- garlic minced
Preparation
In a food processor, add the tofu and plant-based milk and blend into a smooth paste.
Add the flour to the food processor along with the oil, and combine until a dough is formed.
Separate into four to six equal balls and roll into wrap-sized flat breads using a pizza roller or a bottle of wine.
In a skillet over medium heat, add a little bit of oil and cook the flat breads one at a time for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden.
Tips
Enjoy immediately, or store in a sealed container in your pantry for a few days.
