Vegan Jackfruit Tacos with Salsa
Ingredients
Jackfruit mix
- 1/2 onion
- 230 g jackfruit
- 0.5 dl hp sauce
- Salt and pepper
Salsa
- Red onion
- Mango
- Cherry tomatoes
- Avocado
Preparation
Chop the onion and shred the jackfruit into smaller pieces.
Add them to a pan with some oil and fry until golden.
Lower the heat and add the spices, HP sauce, and combine everything together.
For the salsa, chop the red onion, mango, cherry tomatoes, and avocado into tiny cubes and mix together in a bowl.
Place spinach on the bottom of the tacos, add the jackfruit mixture, and top with salsa, vegan feta, and pickled onion.
Serve warm.
