Walnutty Cacao Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • Small handful of walnuts
  • 1 tbsp of mixed seeds (sesame, flax, pumpkin, sunflower)
  • 1 tsp of tahini
  • 3 prunes -fibre boosting
  • 1 tbsp of cacao

Preparation

  1. Covered in plant based milk (used cashew today)

  2. Blend until smooth and as it’s Sunday add a few dark choc buttons to the top

  3. Always love it when a smoothie is much tastier than you expect
