Walnutty Cacao Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- Small handful of walnuts
- 1 tbsp of mixed seeds (sesame, flax, pumpkin, sunflower)
- 1 tsp of tahini
- 3 prunes -fibre boosting
- 1 tbsp of cacao
Preparation
Covered in plant based milk (used cashew today)
Blend until smooth and as it’s Sunday add a few dark choc buttons to the top
