Vegan Soy Sauce Noodles
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon shaoxing wine
- 1 teaspoon vegan fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetarian oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dark soy sauce
- 1/2 yellow onion, sliced
- 350g noodles of your choice
- Any favorite vegetable
- 1 tablespoon oil for cooking
Preparation
In a bowl, mix together all the sauce ingredients.
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions and drain.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté the yellow onion.
Add the cooked noodles and fry for 2 minutes.
Add the sauce mixture and cook until well combined.
Transfer the noodles to a serving bowl and top with your favorite vegetables.

This dish is quick and can be made in 10 minutes.
