Vegan Soy Sauce Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon shaoxing wine
  • 1 teaspoon vegan fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetarian oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 yellow onion, sliced
  • 350g noodles of your choice
  • Any favorite vegetable
  • 1 tablespoon oil for cooking

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix together all the sauce ingredients.

  2. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions and drain.

  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté the yellow onion.

  4. Add the cooked noodles and fry for 2 minutes.

  5. Add the sauce mixture and cook until well combined.

  6. Transfer the noodles to a serving bowl and top with your favorite vegetables.

Notes

  1. This dish is quick and can be made in 10 minutes.
