Quick Vegan Soy Sauce Noodles
Ingredients
Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp shaoxing wine
- 1 tsp vegan fish sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce
- 1/2 yellow onion, sliced
Main
- 350g noodles of your choice
- Any favorite vegetable
- 1 tbsp oil for cooking
Preparation
In a bowl mix together all the sauce ingredients.
Cook the noodles according to the package and drain.
Heat 1 tbsp oil, sauté the yellow onion.
Then add in the cooked noodles, fried for 2 minutes.
Next add in the sauce mixture and cook till well combine with the sauce.
Transfer the noodles to the serving bowl and top with any your favourite vegetable.
