Vegan Soy Sauce Noodles

Ingredients

Sauce

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp shaoxing wine
  • 1 tsp vegan fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dark soy sauce

Main

  • 1/2 yellow onion, sliced
  • 350g noodles of your choice
  • Any favorite vegetable
  • 1 tbsp oil for cooking

Preparation

  1. In a bowl mix together all the sauce ingredients.

  2. Cook the noodles according to the package and drain.

  3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil and sauté the yellow onion.

  4. Add in the cooked noodles and fry for 2 minutes.

  5. Add in the sauce mixture and cook until well combined with the sauce.

  6. Transfer the noodles to a serving bowl and top with any favorite vegetable.
