Avocado Toast on Easy Homemade Grain-Free Thin Bread
Ingredients
- 1 large slice (brands tagged)
- ✨1/3 cup almond flour
- ✨1/4 cup flax meal
- ✨1.5 TBSP avocado or coconut oil
- ✨ Sea salt ( I use pink Himalayan and eye ball the quantity)
- ✨nutritional yeast (I use , and this is optional but gives it a great taste)
- ✨ Dash of baking powder
- ✨Appx. 1/4 cup Water (also eye-ball, add small quantities until the mixture is just about dough-like)
Preparation
Spread the mixture flat on an light oiled (or on parchment paper) baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes or until crisp
Topped with 1/2 mashed avocado, sea salt, and paprika
