Avocado Toast on Easy Homemade Grain-Free Thin Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 large slice (brands tagged)
  • ✨1/3 cup almond flour
  • ✨1/4 cup flax meal
  • ✨1.5 TBSP avocado or coconut oil
  • ✨ Sea salt ( I use pink Himalayan and eye ball the quantity)
  • ✨nutritional yeast (I use , and this is optional but gives it a great taste)
  • ✨ Dash of baking powder
  • ✨Appx. 1/4 cup Water (also eye-ball, add small quantities until the mixture is just about dough-like)

Preparation

  1. Spread the mixture flat on an light oiled (or on parchment paper) baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes or until crisp

  2. Topped with 1/2 mashed avocado, sea salt, and paprika
