Banana Sushi Roll Snack
Ingredients
- 1 tortilla
- ~2 tbsp chocolate spread or nut butter
- 1 banana
- Shredded coconut (optional)
Preparation
Spread the chocolate evenly on the tortilla.
Lay the banana on the side and roll it up as tightly as you can.
Cut it with a sharp knife.
Sprinkle shredded coconut on top and enjoy.
Tips
You can use any spread or nut butter you prefer, such as peanut butter, almond butter, cashew butter, or biscoff spread.
