Easy Caramelized Banana Breakfast Snack

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • Cinnamon
  • A little coconut oil or non-stick spray

Preparation

  1. Cut 1 banana into coins.

  2. Heat a pan over low to medium heat.

  3. Add a little coconut oil or non-stick spray to the pan.

  4. Add the banana slices and sprinkle cinnamon on top.

  5. Cook for 30 seconds on each side.
