Banana Bread Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 50g any porridge oats
  • 6 tbsp boiling water
  • 1-2 tbsp any low-fat yoghurt
  • 1 banana
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Preparation

  1. In an empty jam jar or any container, pour the oats and hot water into it and stir until it thickens

  2. Once thickened, stir in the yoghurt, banana, and cinnamon

  3. Put a lid on it and leave in the fridge overnight

  4. Eat it as is or drizzle over some milk and add some sliced banana

Notes

  1. This recipe serves one and is approximately 288 calories

  2. Can use gluten-free oats for a gluten-free version

  3. Use soya yoghurt or other low-fat yoghurt; opt for plant-based for vegan option
