Coconut Cashew & Macadamia Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 cups lightly roasted raw cashews;
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut;
  • 2 tbsp maple butter or maple syrup;
  • 2-3 tbsp coconut oil;
  • 1 cup raw macadamias;

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender or food processor in the order listed. Blend until very smooth and creamy. ?Enjoy your perfect nut butter

  2. I don’t store it in the refrigerator because it gets too hard. I leave it outside to keep it creamy and it stays fresh for more than a week for me
