Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp steel cut oats
- lots of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp ground flax (or another seed)
Preparation
Mash 1 banana
Add 1/2 cup rolled oats, 2 tbsp steel cut oats, lots of cinnamon, and 1 tbsp ground flax (or another seed)
Stir to combine
Form into cookies on a parchment-lined baking tray then bake for 7-9 mins at 350F
Let cool slightly (they’ll firm up a bit too) before chowing
