Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp steel cut oats
  • lots of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp ground flax (or another seed)

Preparation

  1. Mash 1 banana

  2. Add 1/2 cup rolled oats, 2 tbsp steel cut oats, lots of cinnamon, and 1 tbsp ground flax (or another seed)

  3. Stir to combine

  4. Form into cookies on a parchment-lined baking tray then bake for 7-9 mins at 350F

  5. Let cool slightly (they’ll firm up a bit too) before chowing
