Creamy 5 Ingredient Vegan Cashew Hemp Basil Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 c raw cashews
- 1/3 c olive oil
- 2 c medium bunch fresh basil
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp pink salt
- 4 tbsp water
Preparation
Soak the cashews overnight.
Blend everything in a high-speed blender or food processor.
Enjoy with pasta, omelet, toasts, salads or just eat it by the spoonful.
