Creamy 5 Ingredient Vegan Cashew Hemp Basil Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 c raw cashews
  • 1/3 c olive oil
  • 2 c medium bunch fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp pink salt
  • 4 tbsp water

Preparation

  1. Soak the cashews overnight.

  2. Blend everything in a high-speed blender or food processor.

  3. Enjoy with pasta, omelet, toasts, salads or just eat it by the spoonful.
