Classic Basil Cashew Pesto
Ingredients
- 125g Cashews
- 2 Handful fresh basil
- 2 Chopped garlic clove
- Pinch of sea salt
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2,5tb Nutritional yeast
- 80ml Olive oil
- Splash of plant milk
Preparation
Fry the garlic in oil
After cooled down mix with all other ingredients
Mix in mixer for about 30 seconds (you can choose your own texture – some people like pieces others prefer a smooth texture
