Crispy Hazelnut Sweet Potato Fries with Spicy Sauce
Ingredients
Sweet potato fries
- 1-2 large purple sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup hazelnut flour
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- cumin to taste
- pink sea salt to taste
- 12 spice mix to taste
Roasted red pepper sauce
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp chopped orange habanero pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- sea salt to taste
Preparation
Baking
Toss cut fries with oil, flour, and seasoning until coated well.
Lay flat on a baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 34 minutes or until crispy and browned.
Option to turn them halfway through.
Sauce
In a skillet, add oil, garlic and peppers and toss for about 2 minutes.
Transfer to a food processor and purée.
