Easy Baked Spring Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 carrots
- 1/4 leek
- 2 cups cabbage
- 8 spring roll wrappers
Preparation
Set your oven to 200°C.
Chop the cabbage into thin strips, shred the carrot, and finely chop the leek.
Sauté the vegetables until soft.
Add the vegetable mixture to the center of each spring roll wrapper and fold like a burrito to enclose the filling.
Bake until crispy and golden brown, then serve.
