Easy Sun-Dried Cherry Tomato Meze

Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Rock salt
  • Thyme
  • Olive oil
  • 2-3 sprigs basil

Preparation

  1. Wash and dry the tomatoes.

  2. Cut them in half and place on a baking sheet.

  3. Sprinkle with salt and bake at 120°C for 4 hours.

  4. After cooling, add thyme, olive oil, and basil, then mix.

  5. Store in a suitable jar.

  2. When storing, cover the tomatoes with olive oil; the excess oil can be used in other dishes.
