Baked Fish with Herb Marinade

Ingredients

  • lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • thyme
  • basil
  • garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • fish

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, thyme, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper

  2. Pour the marinade into a FoodSaver bag or Quick Marinator and add the fish

  3. Let marinate for 30 minutes in a Quick Marinator or 1 hour in the refrigerator using the bag

  4. Bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes
