Baked Fish with Vegetables
Ingredients
- potatoes
- carrots
- onions
- red bell pepper (optional)
- fish
- olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt
- black pepper
- red pepper flakes
Preparation
In a bowl, mix olive oil, two cloves of grated garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Spread the onions first, then the carrots and potatoes on a baking sheet.
Brush the potatoes with the sauce using a brush.
Place the fish on top.
Coat the fish with the same sauce, then cover the baking sheet with moistened oiled parchment paper.
Bake in the oven at 220°C for about 45 minutes.
