Baked Fish with Vegetables

Ingredients

  • potatoes
  • carrots
  • onions
  • red bell pepper (optional)
  • fish
  • olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • red pepper flakes

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, two cloves of grated garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

  2. Spread the onions first, then the carrots and potatoes on a baking sheet.

  3. Brush the potatoes with the sauce using a brush.

  4. Place the fish on top.

  5. Coat the fish with the same sauce, then cover the baking sheet with moistened oiled parchment paper.

  6. Bake in the oven at 220°C for about 45 minutes.
