Baked Fish Fillets with Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3-4 tablespoons mustard sauce
  • 3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 fish fillets

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C and prepare a medium-sized baking dish.

  2. In a deep bowl, mix the mustard and mayonnaise until smooth.

  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the fish fillets.

  4. Place the fish fillets in the baking dish in a single layer.

  5. Spread the mustard sauce evenly over the fish.

  6. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the fish is cooked and the sauce is browned, then serve hot.
