Baked Fish Fillets with Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
- 3-4 tablespoons mustard sauce
- 3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 fish fillets
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C and prepare a medium-sized baking dish.
In a deep bowl, mix the mustard and mayonnaise until smooth.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the fish fillets.
Place the fish fillets in the baking dish in a single layer.
Spread the mustard sauce evenly over the fish.
Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until the fish is cooked and the sauce is browned, then serve hot.
