Baked Kebab on Spaghetti Sticks

Ingredients

  • 500 grams ground kefta meat
  • 1/2 packet spaghetti
  • 2 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 chili pepper, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup water

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a suitable oven dish.

  2. Wrap a little meat around each spaghetti stick in the shape of a medium-sized finger, leave 3 cm space and form another, then place them in the oven dish.

  3. In a deep bowl, combine water, tomato paste, tomatoes, peppers, salt, and black pepper by mixing well.

  4. Spread the sauce over the dish, cover with aluminum foil, bake for 25-30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake until browned.
