Baked Kebab on Spaghetti Sticks
Ingredients
- 500 grams ground kefta meat
- 1/2 packet spaghetti
- 2 large tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 chili pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup water
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a suitable oven dish.
Wrap a little meat around each spaghetti stick in the shape of a medium-sized finger, leave 3 cm space and form another, then place them in the oven dish.
In a deep bowl, combine water, tomato paste, tomatoes, peppers, salt, and black pepper by mixing well.
Spread the sauce over the dish, cover with aluminum foil, bake for 25-30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake until browned.
