Savory Baked Beef and Vegetable Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 kg ground beef
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon red paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon meat spice mix
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 bunch various greens
  • 6-7 potatoes
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil
  • 1.5 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 garlic cloves

Preparation

  1. Grind the onions and mix them with the ground beef, egg, and spices to form a meat mixture

  2. Chop the potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, garlic, and greens into desired sizes

  3. In a baking dish, combine the meat mixture with the chopped vegetables, then add water, vegetable oil, and tomato paste

  4. Preheat the oven to 190°C and bake the dish for 60-80 minutes until fully cooked
