Baked Potatoes with Meat and Cheese
Ingredients
Meat
- 500 grams ground meat
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon mixed spices
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
Vegetables
- 4 large potatoes, boiled
- 2 green peppers, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1/2 cup pickled cucumber
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup liquid cream
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C, prepare a medium-sized baking dish, and grease it with butter
In a skillet, heat the oil, add the meat, and stir on medium heat until it becomes dry
Add the onion, garlic, salt, spices, pepper, oregano, basil, and stir until the onion wilts, then set aside
Slice the potatoes into slices
Place the potato slices in the dish, arranged slightly overlapping
Add the green peppers, garlic slices, and pickled cucumber
Add the meat
Add the tomato slices
Spread the cream over the tomatoes
Sprinkle a generous layer of cheese
Cover the dish with parchment paper then aluminum foil
Place the dish in the oven for 15 minutes, then remove the foil and let the cheese brown
