Salmon Salads with Green Goddess Dressing

Ingredients

Salmon

  • 1 fillet of salmon
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Green goddess dressing

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup basil
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Mix the spices in a small bowl

  2. Brush the salmon with olive oil and seasoning

  3. Air fry at 400F for 12 minutes

  4. Mix together the green goddess dressing in a food processor

  5. Assemble the salads

Notes

  1. This recipe makes enough dressing for about 4-5 salads

  2. The salmon portion was doubled in this preparation
