Salmon Salads with Green Goddess Dressing
Ingredients
Salmon
- 1 fillet of salmon
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Green goddess dressing
- 1 avocado
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup basil
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix the spices in a small bowl
Brush the salmon with olive oil and seasoning
Air fry at 400F for 12 minutes
Mix together the green goddess dressing in a food processor
Assemble the salads
Notes
This recipe makes enough dressing for about 4-5 salads
The salmon portion was doubled in this preparation
