Buffalo Chicken Cottage Cheese Salad
Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked shredded chicken (I used rotisserie chicken)
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Spices
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation
Shred the chicken and chop the celery and green onion.
In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cottage cheese, buffalo sauce, celery, green onions, lemon juice, seasonings, and salt and pepper, and stir to combine.
Serving suggestions
Serve with crackers, celery, on a sandwich, or in a wrap.
