Buffalo Chicken Sheet Pan Nachos

Ingredients

  • 3 cups shredded chicken
  • 3/4 cup buffalo sauce
  • 10 oz tortilla chips
  • 2-3 jalapeños
  • 1 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Toppings

  • buffalo sauce
  • Ranch
  • Cilantro
  • Green onions

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400F

  2. In a bowl, coat chicken with buffalo sauce

  3. Line a pan with parchment paper

  4. Spread chips onto it

  5. Add buffalo chicken, mozzarella cheese, and jalapeños

  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is nice and melted

  7. Enjoy
