Grilled Salmon with Butter Rice

Butter rice
- Onion
- Garlic
- Butter
- Rice
- Vegetables

Preparation
Wash the salmon, rub with lemon juice, let it sit for 15 minutes, then wash again and drain.
Season the salmon with the marinade and let it marinate for about 1 hour.
Heat a Teflon pan until very hot, add butter, and grill the salmon until cooked on both sides.
Serve the grilled salmon with butter rice.
Butter rice
Sauté onion and garlic in butter until fragrant.
Add rice, vegetables, salt, and pepper, and stir until heated through.
