Crispy Ginger Salmon Bites
Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon, cut into cubes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
- 1 tsp arrowroot powder + 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Season salmon with salt and pepper. Pan fry on olive oil until all sides are crispy, about 3 minutes per side. Remove from the pan.
In the same pan, add coconut aminos, honey and ginger.
Mix together arrowroot powder and water and pour that in.
Bring to a light simmer and cook until sauce thickens, about a minute.
Add salmon back in and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Serve with rice and steamed edamame.
