Crispy Ginger Salmon Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon, cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp arrowroot powder + 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Season salmon with salt and pepper. Pan fry on olive oil until all sides are crispy, about 3 minutes per side. Remove from the pan.

  2. In the same pan, add coconut aminos, honey and ginger.

  3. Mix together arrowroot powder and water and pour that in.

  4. Bring to a light simmer and cook until sauce thickens, about a minute.

  5. Add salmon back in and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

  6. Serve with rice and steamed edamame.
