Air Fryer Honey Sriracha Salmon with Pineapple Avocado Topping
Ingredients
- 1 lb Salmon
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- pink himalayan salt
- Olive Oil
Pineapple avocado salsa
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup red onion
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Sprinkle of salt
Preparation
In a small bowl, mix together honey, sriracha, garlic, and salt.
In a large, shallow bowl, add the salmon. Brush the honey mixture on top. Let the salmon marinate in the mixture for 30 minutes.
Preheat air fryer to 400F. Grease the air fryer basket if needed with olive oil.
Add the salmon to the basket, skin side down. Air fry for 12 minutes.
Salsa assembly
Chop the pineapple, avocado, and red onion. Add them to a bowl and then add the lime juice and seasoning.
