Grilled Maple Sriracha Salmon & Maple Sweet Potato Fries
Ingredients
Maple Sriracha Salmon
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1-2 tbsp sriracha
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Sprinkle of salt
- Salmon fillets
Maple Sweet Potatoes
- 1 medium sweet potato
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- Sprinkle of salt
Preparation
Maple Sriracha Salmon
In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, sriracha, lime juice, and a sprinkle of salt.
Brush the mixture onto the salmon fillets.
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Place the salmon on the grill and cook for about 6 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Maple Sweet Potatoes
Peel and cut the sweet potato into fries.
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, maple syrup, and a sprinkle of salt.
Add the sweet potato fries to the bowl and toss to coat them in the mixture.
Preheat the grill to medium heat.
Place the sweet potato fries on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
