Honey Sriracha Pineapple Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Salmon
  • 1 pineapple
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Pink Himalayan salt
  • Olive Oil

Preparation

  1. In a small bowl, mix together honey, sriracha, garlic powder, and a pinch of pink Himalayan salt.

  2. In a large bowl, place the salmon and brush about half of the honey mixture on top. Allow the salmon to marinate in the mixture for 30 minutes.

  3. Add the other half of the honey mixture to the pineapple and toss to coat.

If desired, you can bake the salmon and pineapple separately, or together.

  1. Bake the salmon at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes.

  2. Bake the pineapple for about 7 minutes.

  1. Once cooked, serve the honey sriracha pineapple salmon with the marinated pineapple.
