Crispy Cauliflower Salad with Quinoa and Avocado
Ingredients
- 300g cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- juice from 1/2 lime
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Preparation
Wash the cauliflower and chop into smaller pieces.
Cook in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
Mix the remaining sauce ingredients.
Add the sauce to the cauliflower.
Cook for another 5-6 minutes until golden and crispy.
