Crispy Baked Cauliflower Wings Delight

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 cup plant milk (i used soy milk)
  • 2-3 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • Spices: salt, pepper, smoked paprika, oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder
  • One small head of cauliflower

Preparation

  1. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

  2. Cook them al dente.

  3. In a bowl mix together the rest of ingredients.

  4. Dip the florets into the batter, so they’re completely coated.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes at 250°F.

  6. Enjoy!
