Crispy Baked Cauliflower Wings Delight
Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 cup plant milk (i used soy milk)
- 2-3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- Spices: salt, pepper, smoked paprika, oregano, basil, garlic powder, onion powder
- One small head of cauliflower
Preparation
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
Cook them al dente.
In a bowl mix together the rest of ingredients.
Dip the florets into the batter, so they’re completely coated.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 250°F.
