Crispy Oil-Free Gluten-Free Cauliflower Bites
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup brown rice flour
- 2 tablespoons almond flour
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into 2-inch florets
- 1/3 cup hot sauce or barbecue sauce
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 450°F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper
Combine the flours, tomato paste, seasonings, and 2/3 cup of water in a blender until a smooth, thick batter is created
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add in the cauliflower, then toss until well coated
Place the florets on the baking sheets and bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy
Allow to cool for at least 3 minutes to crisp up even more, and serve immediately
