Gluten-Free Parsley Flatbread
Ingredients
- 2 cups of chickpea flour
- 2 cups of water
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- 5-6 minced garlic cloves
Preparation
Preheat oven to 205 degrees celcius
Mix chickpea flour and water till smooth dough forms
Add the garlic and parsley to the dough
Spread dough onto a non-stick baking tray
Bake for 20 minutes.
Try it with: a vegan snack platter accompanied by hummus, olives, pepperdews, etc.; side to a curry or saucy dish for dipping; add vegan cheese/nutritional yeast and tomato paste on top for a healthy vegan pizza.
