Gluten-Free Parsley Flatbread⁠

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of chickpea flour ⁠
  • 2 cups of water⁠
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley⁠
  • 5-6 minced garlic cloves⁠

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 205 degrees celcius

  2. Mix chickpea flour and water till smooth dough forms

  3. Add the garlic and parsley to the dough

  4. Spread dough onto a non-stick baking tray

  5. Bake for 20 minutes. ⁠

  6. Try it with: ⁠a vegan snack platter accompanied by hummus, olives, pepperdews, etc.; side to a curry or saucy dish for dipping; add vegan cheese/nutritional yeast and tomato paste on top for a healthy vegan pizza.⁠
