Quick Pickled Radishes
Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh radishes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp water
Preparation
Wash and thinly slice radishes
Salt and let stand 5 minutes
Rinse radish slices and pat dry with a clean dish towel
Toss with remaining ingredients
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving!
