Quick Pickled Radishes

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch fresh radishes
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp water

Preparation

  1. Wash and thinly slice radishes

  2. Salt and let stand 5 minutes

  3. Rinse radish slices and pat dry with a clean dish towel

  4. Toss with remaining ingredients

  5. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving!
