Spreadable Vegan Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw skin-free slivered almonds OR blanched almond flour
  • * 1 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • * 1/2 tsp Salt
  • * 3 tsp Nutritional Yeast
  • * 1/2 cup water OR plant-based milk

Preparation

  1. If using slivered almonds soak for 1 hour in hot water or overnight in room temperature water

  2. If using almond flour skip this step

  3. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender

  4. Process/blend until smooth

  5. Place in a sealable container and refrigerate for 1 hour for best results
