Homemade Vegan Garlic and Herb Cream Cheese
Ingredients
- 200g cashew nuts, soaked in hot water for at least 2 hours
- 2 tbsp plant milk
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 lemon, juice only
- 1-2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Drain and rinse the cashews
Pop all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
If your blender/food processor hasn’t got enough power you may need to scrape the sides, blend and repeat a few times
