Creamy Whipped Tofu Sun-Dried Tomato Cheese Spread
Ingredients
- 1 container high protein tofu
- 3 oz sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped chives
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Preparation
Place the high protein tofu, sun-dried tomatoes, chopped chives, nutritional yeast, and sea salt in a food processor.
Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the food processor as needed.
If desired, you can drizzle extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle red chili flakes, and add herbs as optional toppings.
Serve the whipped tofu sun-dried tomato cheese spread as a dip or spread it onto a bagel or toast.
