Nut-Free Whipped Tofu Cream Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 container high protein tofu
  • 3 oz sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Optional toppings

  • extra virgin olive oil
  • red chili flakes
  • herbs

Preparation

  1. Blend in a food processor until smooth and creamy.

  2. Scrape down the sides as needed.

Serving suggestions
