Crispy Cauliflower Salad with Quinoa Avocado

Ingredients

  • 300g cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • juice from 1/2 lime
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

  1. Wash the cauliflower and chop into smaller pieces, then cook in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.

  2. Mix the remaining sauce ingredients, add to the cauliflower, and cook for another 5-6 minutes until golden and crispy.
