Crispy Cauliflower Salad with Lime Dressing

Ingredients

  • 300g cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • juice from 1/2 lime
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

  1. Wash the cauliflower and chop in smaller pieces - cook in the oven at 200c in 10 minutes.

  2. Mix the rest of the sauce ingredients, add on the cauliflower and cook 5-6 more minutes until golden and crispy.
