Crispy Cauliflower Salad with Lime Dressing
Ingredients
- 300g cauliflower
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- juice from 1/2 lime
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Preparation
Wash the cauliflower and chop in smaller pieces - cook in the oven at 200c in 10 minutes.
Mix the rest of the sauce ingredients, add on the cauliflower and cook 5-6 more minutes until golden and crispy.
