Crispy Cauliflower Salad with Maple Syrup Sauce
Ingredients
- 300g cauliflower
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- juice from 1/2 lime
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Preparation
Wash the cauliflower and chop in smaller pieces and cook in the oven at 200c for 10 minutes.
Mix the rest of the sauce ingredients.
Add the sauce to the cauliflower and cook for 5-6 more minutes until golden and crispy.
