Crispy Cauliflower with Maple Glaze

Ingredients

  • 300g cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • juice from 1/2 lime
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C

  2. Wash and cut the cauliflower into florets

  3. In a bowl, mix maple syrup, ketchup, lime juice, soy sauce, olive oil, and paprika to create a glaze

  4. Coat the cauliflower florets evenly with the glaze mixture

  5. Spread the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until crispy
