Crispy Oven-Baked Cauliflower with Lime Sauce

Ingredients

  • 300g cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • juice from 1/2 lime
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Preparation

  1. Wash the cauliflower and chop into smaller pieces, then cook in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.

  2. Mix the remaining sauce ingredients, add them to the cauliflower, and cook for 5-6 more minutes until golden and crispy.
