Cauliflower Buffalo Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour (can sub oat flour for gluten free version)
  • 1 cup of almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into large florets
  • 1 cup of hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F

  2. Mix flour, almond milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make a batter

  3. Coat cauliflower florets in the batter

  4. Bake coated cauliflower in the oven until golden and crispy, about 20-25 minutes

  5. Mix hot sauce and maple syrup in a bowl

  6. Toss baked cauliflower in the sauce mixture

  7. Serve immediately
