Cauliflower Buffalo Wings
Ingredients
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour (can sub oat flour for gluten free version)
- 1 cup of almond milk (or other non-dairy milk)
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into large florets
- 1 cup of hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425°F
Mix flour, almond milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make a batter
Coat cauliflower florets in the batter
Bake coated cauliflower in the oven until golden and crispy, about 20-25 minutes
Mix hot sauce and maple syrup in a bowl
Toss baked cauliflower in the sauce mixture
Serve immediately
