Vegan Barbecue Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cauliflower
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

  3. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, plant-based milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to form a smooth batter.

  4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated, and place on the prepared baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the cauliflower is golden and crispy.

  6. Remove from the oven and toss the baked cauliflower in the barbecue sauce until evenly coated.
